To secure your appointment we require a $45.00 nonrefundable deposit.  Your deposit will go toward your appointment.  The remaining balance is due the day services are rendered. 
 
Once we receive your deposit, we will contact you to confirm your appointment. We will also send your pre-appointment instructions.
